Alannah graduated from the Australian Catholic University completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has over five year’s experience teaching Pilates Matwork and Reformer.
Her warm, knowledgeable and understanding character enables her to build great rapport with her clients to deliver holistic patient centred care. Coupled with a strong background in evidence-based practice and tailored exercise prescription, Alannah aims to find long-term and sustainable solutions to empower her clients to enhance their quality of life following injury or illness. She feels very appreciative that she gets the opportunity to learn about others’ journeys to help them feel better and move better, whilst working towards their health and wellness goals.
Alannah’s special interests have grown to include pre and post-natal exercise, treatment of spinal pain and post-operative rehabilitation. A strong advocate for continuing education, Alannah continues to attend regular training to increase her expertise as a physio and pilates instructor.
Outside of work, you will find Alannah in a spin class, down at the beach or doing anything outdoors.
