He has clinical experience across musculoskeletal, sports, chronic pain management, neurological, cardiorespiratory, oncology, and geriatric rehabilitation. His approach considers the whole person alongside biomechanical function and movement patterns, using clear assessment and evidence-based physiotherapy to guide active, practical treatment and support patients to confidently manage their own health.
Mark’s strengths lie in active rehabilitation and return-to-sport, shaped by extensive experience as a national-level water polo coach, an active water polo player, swimmer, and gym-based training from a young age. His experience in high-volume big-box gym environments with a large LGBTIQ+ community informs an inclusive, practical approach to strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation. Mark works closely with his patients to link biomechanics to movement, delivering clear, structured programs that support confident function in sport, work, and everyday life.
