Tamlyn Edwards

B.Kin, M.Phty, APAM

Having been active and played organised sports for many years, Tamlyn has had her fair share of injuries. After her initial studies in Human Kinetics in Canada, Tamlyn completed her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney.

Tamlyn has worked with a wide variety of populations and conditions, such as chronic pain, work injuries, and sedentary lifestyle injuries. She has also provided sports coverage for junior and senior rugby union teams and ultra-marathons, earning experience in acute sporting injuries and working with weekend warriors.

Tamlyn strongly believes in using a combination of manual techniques with exercise rehabilitation, to empower her clients, help achieve their goals, and to prevent future injuries. As a runner herself, Tamlyn has a particular interest in running related injuries.

In her spare time, you can find Tamlyn exploring new areas to hike and surf, running, and being with her friends and family.
